Shannon Delaney is an experienced Geriatric Case Specialist who helps families navigate MassHealth nursing facility coverage with clarity and confidence. As an expert in the MassHealth application process for long-term care, Shannon manages the submission from start to finish. She works closely with clients to identify what’s needed, gather and organize financial and personal documentation, and prepare a complete, accurate application that’s ready for review.

A key part of Shannon’s service is her responsive, end-to-end follow-through after filing. If MassHealth requests additional information, often through a time-sensitive notice, Shannon helps clients understand exactly what is being asked, how best to address questions, and what documentation will satisfy the request.
