Lauren takes great pride in helping clients navigate the estate planning and probate processes, and she brings that same passion and drive to client success as the firm’s Intake Manager. From the very first conversation, Lauren focuses on making the initial stages of working together feel clear, supportive, and well-organized—so families know what to expect and what comes next.

Since 2017, Lauren has supported prospective and existing clients by ensuring every inquiry is handled promptly, compassionately, and with actionable next steps. She helps gather key details, answers initial questions, and coordinates a smooth onboarding experience, helping clients feel informed, prepared, and confident as they begin working with the firm. In addition to leading intake, Lauren also manages the firm’s marketing activities to help the right people find trusted guidance when they need it most.

Lauren brings a strong communications and marketing background to her role. She earned her degree from Ithaca College and has held professional marketing roles across the country, including public relations work in Los Angeles and account management at a major advertising agency in New York City. She also served as Marketing & Events Director for a financial services company in the Boston area. Now based in Holliston with her husband and three children, Lauren also enjoys teaching dance part-time in Millis.
